The UCSF School of Dentistry's Assistant Dean for Enrollment Management & Outreach, James C. Betbeze, Jr., announces that Dina Abuelezam has joined the staff of the Admissions Office in the role of Outreach Coordinator and Admissions Analyst, as of Monday, May 5th, 2014.
One of her primary responsibilities will be to plan and implement the school’s outreach & recruitment strategy, as well as support student outreach and recruiting efforts in whatever way possible.
Until recently, Ms. Abuelezam worked in UCSF Dentistry's Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences, providing curriculum support.
A graduate of UC Davis, she has also pursued graduate work at USC in post-secondary administration and student affairs. She brings with her experience in event planning, training and instruction, recruitment, and student services.
"I am very excited and eager to begin working in Admissions and Outreach," says Ms. Abuelezam, "and to help guide prospective students to achieve their goals and dreams."
