Align your body and mind through stillness and gentle movement. Restorative yoga focuses on slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. It is known for its relaxing, calming and healing effect.
The class will be taught by a UCSF Fitness and Recreation instructor. No equipment needed.
A Zoom link will be emailed to you in your email confirmation and an hour before the class. Space is limited to 400 registrants.
