Oral rehabilitation of patients with hopeless dentition or edentulous state represents a therapeutic challenge for many clinicians. The All-on-X concept represents a graft-avoiding approach, where dental implants provide both support and retention for various prosthetic options to restore both esthetics and function. Careful attention to details is important to achieve predictable and long-term success of such cases. During this lecture, the speaker will highlight the absolute surgical and prosthetic variables to be considered for successful outcomes.
Educational Objectives:
- Understand the diagnostic variables when treatment planning edentulous cases
- Be familiar with surgical and Prosthetic planning and execution in treating full arch cases
- How to safely implement immediate implantation and loading in different clinical situations
