Nathan Tsiperfal was born and raised in San Jose, California. Nathan received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. At ASU, Nathan devoted his time researching the state’s scarce pediatric dental disparity. Nathan founded Operation Toothbrush, an organization committed to educating low-income families in Arizona about childhood dental disease, oral hygiene, and increasing access to oral health care. Nathan went on to receive his D.M.D from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. His research investigated the role of PRF in preventing localized osteitis, and the recurrence of odontogenic tumors and cysts in pediatric populations. Nathan is a first-generation Moldovan-American and is fluent in Russian. In his free time, you can find him hiking, by the beach, trying a new recipe, spending time with friends and family, or playing with his mini Bernedoodle, Max.
